This privacy policy outlines how When Together manages personally identifiable data that is collected when you use the When Together site, sign up for updates or use services on the site.

This personally identifiable information may be collected when you use our website. The website’s server logs also automatically receive and record information.

How information/data is used

The above information is stored in the database on Humanitix when you buy register and/or buy tickets for When Together’s programmes and on systeme.io when you use the website for other services. Your information will be used with your consent, and for the following reasons:

• Sending newsletters to subscribers

• Contacting you about prospective or ongoing projects

Your personal data is only used with your permission. The way in which your data is used will be clearly defined when you share it with When Together’s services.

When Together will not sell or rent your personal data to a third party.

Personally identifiable information about to you is only ever sent to other companies with your permission or when legally obliged to do so.

Removing information/data from databases

Your data will never be used without your permission, and you are always able to control how your data is used.

You will always be asked for your permission to join When Together’s newsletter, for example when you use the contact form.

There will always be an unsubscribe link in newsletters, which will instantly unsubscribe you from further communications. Your data is still stored (but not used) in our database, to ensure you’re not emailed in the future.

If you have previously agreed to using your personal data for marketing purposes you can request to change this. Email to request your data to be removed from When Together’s databases.

All of the personal data used and controlled is encrypted and stored securely to prevent unauthorised access.
