6. Showing up for each other

Everyone has their own unique set of knowledge and experience. Conversations allow you to learn about, and from, others.

Through conversational themes, contemplative and creative activities, you build confidence, gain greater awareness of yourself and others.

Conversation is energised when you're listened to and when you support others.

Co-design your learning objectives. Possible ones include:

  • Use conversational frames and curiosity to explore others’ views;

  • More clarity on your role in shaping conversations;

  • Build confidence to connect with others.

Activities: small group conversations, variety of activities, create an artefact on a conversational experience (text, image, video, sound or any combination these).

Once you signup, you’ll receive:

  • Program details with resources to review

  • Downloadable PDF Online Salon Journal containing prompts to further your contemplations.
